Beschrijving

Skride Piano Quartet with Harriet Krijgh

The Skride Quartet was formed for a concert at Schubertiade Festival in 2016. Whilst maintaining their own high profile solo careers, their passion for chamber music unites the four of them. Within a short period of time they have grown into a close-knit chamber ensemble in great demand internationally. This Debut-CD includes the most famous Piano Quartets of Classical literature, by Mozart and Brahms as well then the unique Quartet movement by Gustav Mahler.

Brahms:
Klavierquartett Nr. 1 g-Moll, op. 25 (1861)
Skride Piano Quartet with Baiba Skride, Harriet Krijgh, Lauma Skride

Mahler:
Klavierquartettsatz a-Moll (ca. 1876 / 78)
Skride Piano Quartet with Baiba Skride, Harriet Krijgh, Lauma Skride

Mozart:
Klavierquartett Nr. 1 g-Moll, KV 478 (1785)
